Vinay PKR Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

2. Eligibility

To register and use Vinay PKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Vinay PKR does not knowingly accept accounts from individuals under this age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, institution or automated agent) registering for personal use only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law and where using a platform of this nature creates a legal risk for you personally.
• You must not already hold an existing Vinay PKR account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms regardless of the reason they were created.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one and only one registered account on Vinay PKR. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method or otherwise — is a serious breach of these terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, a valid Pakistan mobile number and any other information the registration form requests. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a ground for immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Vinay PKR login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Vinay PKR support immediately at support@vinaypkr.app. Vinay PKR will not be responsible for any losses that occur due to unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All Vinay PKR accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonuses and all financial transactions on the platform are expressed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Vinay PKR are subject to the specific rules of each betting product (sports betting, virtual sports, live casino, fishing games). These product-level rules govern how markets are settled, what constitutes a void bet and how disputes are handled. Product rules are accessible within each section of the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until Vinay PKR has accepted it and issued a confirmation notification or bet reference number. Vinay PKR reserves the right to decline any bet request without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of price manipulation, system exploitation or betting patterns inconsistent with genuine personal recreation.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50 across all products. Maximum stakes vary by market, event type and account history. Vinay PKR may adjust individual account stake limits at any time where risk management requirements make this necessary.

5.3 Manifest Errors

Where odds or game results are published as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors or human input errors — Vinay PKR reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Bets that benefit from a manifest error and where the error was reasonably apparent to the player will be voided.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected sports events. Odds on in-play markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets placed just before a suspension are accepted at the quoted odds. Any bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Vinay PKR offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses and other periodic promotions to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address and per payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard minimum wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain after expiry will be removed from the account.
• Vinay PKR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting or any other method that circumvents the spirit of the promotion will result in bonus removal and may result in account review.

8. Privacy & Data

Vinay PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at vinaypkr.app/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Vinay PKR will not sell, rent or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, age verification, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

9. Responsible Gaming

Vinay PKR is committed to responsible gaming. Betting on this platform should be a form of entertainment — not a way to earn income, resolve financial difficulties or escape personal problems. If you feel that your betting is no longer recreational, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available in your account settings.

Every registered Vinay PKR player has access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can add to your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block yourself from re-registering for a minimum of six months.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

Vinay PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where:

• The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The account holder fails to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of applicable law
• The account holder requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, Vinay PKR may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the last used deposit method within a reasonable period.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support@vinaypkr.app. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vinay PKR provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times.

Vinay PKR shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to technical outages during live sporting events, payment processing delays outside our control, or any data inaccuracy originating from third-party data providers.

12. Changes to These Terms

Vinay PKR may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material — for example where they affect your rights regarding withdrawals, bonuses or account usage — we will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor updates such as clarifications of existing language, formatting corrections or changes to contact details may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent change.

If you continue to use Vinay PKR after updated terms have taken effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
