Vinay PKR receives a transaction confirmation reference — we do not receive or store your Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash PIN or any bank account password.
Your Vinay PKR account balance is stored on our encrypted servers. Full card numbers are never stored by Vinay PKR — card transactions are tokenised through the payment gateway before reaching our systems.
Transaction history — deposits and withdrawals in PKR — is retained in your account records for a minimum of five years in line with financial record-keeping requirements. This data is used for dispute resolution, withdrawal verification and regulatory compliance.
8. Data Retention
Vinay PKR retains your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a defined period after account closure. The retention periods we apply are:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status.
- Transaction records (PKR deposits and withdrawals): Retained for a minimum of five years after the transaction date, for financial compliance purposes.
- Identity verification documents: Retained for five years after account closure or the last date of verification use, whichever is later.
