A CNIC is not required at the point of registration. You only need your name, a Pakistan mobile number and a password to create your Vinay PKR account. However, identity verification — including a CNIC copy — may be requested before processing larger withdrawals or if there is an account security review. Providing accurate information from the start makes this process faster and smoother.
No. Vinay PKR enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating duplicate accounts using different phone numbers or names is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, along with any balances and bonuses. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support@vinaypkr.app for help — do not create a new one.
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered Pakistan mobile number and you will receive a one-time reset code via SMS within 60 seconds. Enter the code, set a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@vinaypkr.app with your full name and account details for manual identity verification and account recovery.

IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Vinay PKR does not charge any platform-level fees for deposits or withdrawals. The PKR amount you deposit is credited in full, and the PKR amount you withdraw is sent in full. Some payment providers — such as certain banks for IBFT — may apply their own nominal transfer fees on their end. Vinay PKR has no control over third-party provider fees but does not add any of its own charges on top.

The minimum single bet on Vinay PKR sports markets is Rs 50. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play bets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match — high-profile PSL and international cricket matches typically have higher maximum bet amounts than lower-tier events. Specific limits are shown in the bet slip for each market.
If a match is officially abandoned, cancelled or postponed without being completed within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and your stake in PKR is returned to your Vinay PKR balance in full. In-play bets are settled based on the result at the point of suspension if a defined number of overs or periods have been completed, as specified in our sports betting rules.
Cash out is available on selected markets on Vinay PKR. Where cash out is available, you will see the option in your open bets during the event. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current match conditions and the remaining potential value of your bet. Not all markets offer cash out — the option appears automatically when it is available for your specific bet.

Account lockouts on Vinay PKR happen after multiple consecutive failed login attempts — this is an automatic security protection. Lockouts typically clear automatically after 15–30 minutes. If you need immediate access, email support@vinaypkr.app with your registered mobile number and a description of the issue. Our team can manually unlock the account after identity verification. Do not attempt to create a new account while locked — contact support instead.
Responsible Gaming
Vinay PKR provides four main responsible gaming tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit in PKR), session time reminders (alert after a set number of minutes of continuous play), cooling-off periods (account suspension from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) and self-exclusion (permanent account closure for a minimum of 6 months). Self-exclusion requests are treated as the highest priority — our team processes them within 2 hours. Your remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your last used payment method. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. You will not receive any promotional messages during your exclusion period.
Setting a deposit limit does not affect your eligibility for bonuses or promotions that you otherwise qualify for. The only tool that affects bonuses is self-exclusion, which closes your account entirely and forfeits any active bonus balances. Cooling-off periods pause your account but may cause bonus validity timers to continue — contact support before starting a cooling-off period if this concerns you.
